Lance Burch and his nine-year-old son drove out of Denver with a brand-new OP4 and a storm on the horizon. At Jackalope Ranch, the set-up race was on.
"A few minutes later the clouds opened up, but we were already inside our OPUS and giant annex giddy with our new purchase."
Seven more trips across Colorado and Wyoming followed. Lance's warning to prospective owners has become a bit of Adventure Addicts folklore:
"Be warned, when you own one of these, and you walk by it everyday in your garage, you feel kind of bad, like you have an animal pent up in a cage, and you're the reason it can't be out in the wild where it belongs."
