At the stand
Expos are where the range stops being a spec sheet. Come with questions. The people on the stand tow these things themselves.
The Air Beam demo is the reason most people stop at the stand. One button, no poles, flat to camp in minutes. Watch it go up, then time the pack up yourself.
Sit on the beds, pull out the kitchen, check the headroom. Bring the whole family, because the answer to how it sleeps is easier to see than to explain.
Tell the team what you drive and what it is rated to tow, and they will tell you straight which models suit and which do not. No sales pitch needed.
