Inside the EXPEDITION PRO
Built around the way you actually camp.
IllustrationA real bed, every night
An innerspring queen at the back of the cabin and a plush leatherette L lounge with a folding table up front. The kind of fit-out that makes the morning of week six feel like the first.
IllustrationA larger ensuite, on board
A larger internal ensuite with a separate toilet and shower, a brushed-brass tap on a vessel basin and an optional washing machine. Campgrounds without facilities become the ones you prefer. Dometic FreshJet rooftop AC handles the days the weather turns.
IllustrationPower that doesn't run out
1200Ah of lithium, 800W of roof solar and a 3,000W inverter wired to every outlet. Run the espresso machine, the laptop and the heat overnight without watching a number.
IllustrationTracks where trailers turn back
A hot-dipped galvanized gooseneck chassis, OPUS vertical-mount Pedders shock suspension, Ridge Runner corner reinforcement, mud-terrain tires and a Cruisemaster DO35 articulating hitch. Engineered for the road in, not the pull-through.

Common questions
Everything you want to know.
Two, and that is the brief. The Pro is a couples-first hybrid, so the space that would carry bunks goes into a larger ensuite and a bigger living area instead. If you need bunks, look at the Expedition Max.
Yes. The US builds the hardside body only. It sets up faster because there is no roof to raise, and the insulated shell holds heat and cold better for four-season trips.
GVWR is 6,600 lbs with 507 lbs on the tongue, and it weighs 5,369 lbs dry. A half-ton pickup rated to 8,000 lbs and up handles it, and a three-quarter-ton does it without noticing. Check the tow rating, tongue capacity and payload on your specific vehicle before you order.
Two people on the 1200Ah lithium and 800W solar system can stay out for weeks running the refrigerator, lights, pump, espresso machine and TV. The 3,000W inverter drives 110V appliances directly. 63 gallons of fresh water gets a couple through about ten days of normal use before a refill.
A hot-dipped galvanized gooseneck chassis, independent coil-spring suspension with vertical-mount Pedders shocks, Ridge Runner corner reinforcement, mud-terrain tires and a Cruisemaster DO35 articulating hitch, the same engineering as the OP4. Built for the roads where most travel trailers turn back.
5 years on structure and suspension. Component manufacturers carry their own terms, and your OPUS dealer confirms all of it in writing before you sign.
