Steven and Sondra, with their cat Sheba riding along, took the OP15 into the Black Hills: 1.2 million acres of forested mountains near Rapid City. The camper stayed put at the campsite while the Tundra did the day trips.

"While the OP15 was parked at the campsite we explored some of Custer State Park and Wind Cave National Park, drove Needles Highway, went to Custer, Hill City, and Keystone, and drove forest roads in Black Hills NF."

Their take on the trailer itself: the OP15's ground clearance and articulating hitch made the forest roads straightforward, even where they "did get steep and rocky."
