ALUMINIUM DIBOND WALLS: The external and internal walls of the AIR OPUS are constructed from Aluminium Dibond. This consists of two aluminium panels, separated by a Polyethylene core; providing a strong and lightweight outer shell.
POLYSTYRENE INSULATION: A 20mm thick sheet of Polystyrene sits between the internal and external Aluminium Dibond walls to provide insulation.
WATER PROOFED 10-PLY FLOOR: Built using 10-ply sheeting, with a waterproofed layer to the bottom and a dark wood veneer to the top. This is then topped and sealed with industrial-strength vinyl flooring.
POWDER-COATED ALUMINIUM FRAME: The frame is constructed using specially cast and welded aluminium. This helps keep our camper light and easy to tow and move, while ensuring maximum strength. The aluminium is then finished with a high-quality powder coat to ensure longevity.
HIGH-STRENGTH BONDING: Panels, frames and flooring are secured using a combination of screws, aluminium rivets and high-strength bonding agent before being sealed with silicone.
WATER-TIGHT FINNED SEALS: When the lids are closed and clamped down they are sealed tight with finned rubber seals for ultimate protection from water ingress.
PRESSURISED GAS SPRINGS: Highly pressurised gas springs are fitted to the lids to ensure easy set up, with just one person required to unfold the lids

We love the outdoor slideout kitchen … “we do a lot of steaks, burgers, veggies, and of course s’mores on our Solo Stove.”

Bernadette Brooks’ recent trip with her new OPUS Camper went through 4 states in 15 days including New Mexico, Colorado, Utah, and Arizona. This Adventure Addict did it with just her, her OP4, and her adventure dog, Gryff.

OPUS Camper owners from Fresno show us how to off-road. They packed everything into this trip including: Toquerville Falls, Virgin River near Belly of the Dragon and La Verkin Creek Camp near Toquerville Falls.
